Scores that move for a reason.

A long night with 14 wake-ups isn't a perfect night. Your score says so, and shows which part cost the most.

Recovered. Aim for strain 10–14.

In bed by 22:40 for a full night

Advice for today, not just charts.

Recovery tells you whether to push or ease off. Tonight's bedtime comes from your sleep need and how hard you trained.

Which devices work?

Any Fitbit or Pixel Watch that syncs to a Google account through the Google Health app. Some trackers don't measure heart rate variability, blood oxygen or skin temperature. The app shows what yours reports and works with what it has.

I still sign in to Fitbit with a Fitbit account.

Move your Fitbit to a Google account in the Google Health app first, then come back.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. There's no paywall and no card needed.

What can the app see?

Only your sleep, activity and body measurements, read-only. It can't see your location, messages, contacts or anything else in your Google account, and it can't change anything.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. No ads, no selling, no sharing. We use it only to show you your scores.

Why do I see two Google screens?

The first signs you in. The second lets you choose exactly which health data to share.

How soon will I see scores?

If you've worn your watch for a week or more, straight away. New watch? Your first sleep score arrives the morning after your first night, and recovery after 4 nights.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's a wellness tool, not a medical device. Talk to a doctor about health concerns.

How do I delete everything?

Settings, then Delete account. It's instant, and we revoke our Google access.

Why the name Tidestill?

It's named for the still water between tides, the calm before the sea turns. That's when your body recovers: in the still between one effort and the next.

Last night already happened. See what it scored.

Every day starts the night before.
